Need help with Sedgwick (Please don't delete as there are ZERO posts of mine published)

Sedgwick has had my claim for 2 months. They had an adjuster come out, paid said adjuster for their service, and now are ignoring the findings and not communicating with me despite the claim still showing open. Best Buy has failed me on this so far. Badly.
