Need help to get a refund

We have brought a new house and ordered 6 all new appliances from Bestbuy {removed per forum guidelines}.  It a perfect delivery on 12/23/20 except it was a gas stove and we needed electric and they took the gas oven back.  We have received a phone call next day that the electric stove is in back order and can only deliver two weeks after our scheduled move-in day.  Since we can not live without a stove, therefore, we have cancelled the electric stove order and delivery from Bestbuy and a refund order {removed per forum guidelines} was issued on 12/24.  We have not heard from Bestbuy and have been calling since January 2021.  We have received 3 separate case #s {removed per forum guidelines}, {removed per forum guidelines} and subsequently {removed per forum guidelines} last week.  Each time we were promised someone will get back to us but unsuccessfully for the last 2 months.  The last conversation had indicated that the Bestbuy store in Johnstown responsible for the delivery has not responded to our requests.  

 

This has been going on for the last 2 months.  We are elite members with Bestbuy and have been very satisfied with your performance until this incidence.  Please help to keep up with your good name and my refund
