Need help return exchange

Hello, on 10/27 I received a washer and dryer. The unit did not work properly and I called geek squad to come redo the install on 11/4. At that time it was discovered the shipping bolts were left in the washer and the dryer was also damaged. I spoke with an awesome service person to schedule the return and replacement, but the system would not allow the exchange. I have emailed managers every day since and still no resolution. At this point I would just like the damaged units replaced. Please help!

A washer would not be very useful without removing the shipping bolts, and I can understand your concern if it may have taken longer than expected to use your new appliance.
