Hi Best Buy,
I had a delivery of a treadmill and installation to my home on January 4, 2022. Unfortunately, damage was done to my wood floors when the treadmill was moved after the machine was assembled. I called Geek Squad that evening to report the issue and wasn't given a case number at that time. I did call Geek Squad today and got a case number, but the email address that I was provided to further contact Sedgwick bounced. Can someone contact me directly to discuss how to get my case moving forward with Best Buy and Sedgwick?

Hi Wesley, this isn't the right number for Sedgwick. It's related to filing workers comp with Sedgwick if you are a Best Buy employee. Can you provide another number that I can Segdwick to follow-up on?
