Hi,
We are having a dishwasher installed on 2/9/21 and need a customized COI. Our building will not accept the general COI.
I have already been through several live online chats trying to set this up, but the COIs they sent were for the wrong date or omitted the additional insured. I also called customer service, who told me they could not give me a customized COI. Can someone please help with this? I already had to reschedule our delivery to the new date of 2/9/21 because we couldn't get the accurate COI on time.

We were finally able to get the correct COI from an online live chat, so this has been handled. Thanks for the prompt reply though! Appreciate it.
