The purchase of any major appliance, whether it be a refrigerator or a dishwasher, can be an exciting experience. I don't ever recall as a kid day dreaming about the day I purchase a new dishwasher, but as an adult, it was fun to load up some dishes and press Start. The process of having that new purchase delivered can be stressful all on its own without having to worry about obtaining additional paperwork, so let's see what we can do to ensure the delivery goes as scheduled.
If the generic Certificate of Insurance (COI) here won't work for your condo board, then we should be able to request a customized COI. I'll just need to gather some additional details from you, which you can send to me in a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature.
