Need corporate assistance ASAP - Delivery damaged Home

Hello,

 

Sedgewick claim # {removed per forum guidelines}

 

I have been delaing with your 3rd party insurance and delivery CSI,Sedgewick for over three months.

 

It has been a nightmare wiith William Bird from CSI completely ghosting me now and sedgewick having to "take" over my claim. We just moved in a week before this happened to our newly built home. Your delivery drivers destroyed a $5k dolllar entry door. 

 

They used hammers to bang on the door to remove it leaving masssive indentations and scaratched on the face. Completely rediculous method and lack of careness and awareness from the garbage 3rd party company. 

 

I need to have someone from corporate reach out to me. I am preparing my letter to Jeff Haydock & Corie Barry. 

 

I am trying to get my home repaired from your 3rd party delicery drivers that damage my font door ASAP. This has gone on too long and a horrible experience from BBY Delivery system.

 

Please email me directly as well as I don't monitor this forum.
