I need a COI for an upcoming delivery on 12/29/20 and the general one on your website isn't sufficient for my building.
Who can I speak with to get a COI for the delivery?

To ANY moderator,
Since I purchased my product 2 weeks ago, I've called, emailed, contacted via chat, direct messaged, and posted on this forum asking for help for a COI (certificate of insurance) for an upcoming delivery and NO ONE can help get me what I need or point me in the right direction. I'm either told to use the generic (which isn't going to work) OR I'm just being ignored!
At this point, if I can't get help today or tomorrow, I'll cancel my order and shop somewhere that can respond and support customer who purchase from them.
Please get back to me ASAP!!!!!

I can understand your concern needing a custom COI as soon as possible, and I'm sad to hear you've had a tough time connecting with us about how to best proceed with that.
