Need Help to get Definitive Confirmation of Delivery/Installation

I’m another case of delay/cancelled deliveries and installation, and of this rescheduling cycle!

Can someone please direct me to the appliance warehouse for definitive information please? Or any other department who can provide me the information I need?

I have rescheduled for this Saturday 11/19, but who can give me a definitive information if it will be fulfilled?
