I placed an order for a washer and dryer at Dallas Outlet on 08/24/2019 and they promised to deliver it on 09/09/2019. We visited the store again on 09/06/2019 and asked them that if we can add an oven to our order and get it delivered with the other order on 09/09. The store representative said that the order has already been shipped to warehouse for delivery. Then our order was rescheduled for 09/14/2019. Now today I get a call that order is getting rescheduled because it's not yet delivered to the warehouse which is a complete lie. The washer/dryer were delivered to warehouse at least 15 days ago. And the worst part is there's no where to call and nobody answers. the wait time for delivery call center is 2.5 hours. What a shame guys. If this doesn't get resolved I will be calling you guys out on social media and go as high up as possible.

Is there an update? I provided all details i was asked for 2 days ago. Btw still no resolution and almost 25 days now of trying to talk to hopeless managers and empty promises.

Saw your private message and I'm extremely sorry I don't need your small token of appreciation for hours and hours of phone calls and rescheduling at least 5 to 6 appointments.
And I personally feel that this forum is worthless and you haven't provided any assistence.
For managers name, I at least spoke with 4 to 5 managers and I don't remember names. I'm sure you will be able to get names from notes on the account and case number I provided previously. Btw none of them called back and followed up as they promised when I called.
Also, received washer dryer yesterday with missing parts and top frame of dryer completely missalligned and it wasn't like that when we ordered at the outlet. We have order form as proof from store. Here's the problem.
1. Dryer frame completely missaligned from top
2. Liquid soap dispenser missing

We can certainly understand that your experience has not been ideal and realize this has not been the kind we’d like to think our customers can expect to us when choosing Best Buy. As both Michael and I shared with you, our team here over our forum would not be best positioned to assist you further. Our teams at (800) 304-1259 would be though. Have you given them a call to chat about your concerns about your open-box product you had received?
Also, partnering with the outlet location you had purchased the open-box item from to discuss the discrepancies in the condition of the item you had received would also be a great avenue to explore for further assistance with that portion of your concerns.
