Again, our Appliance Resolution team at (800) 304-1259 would be best positioned to assist you further. Often times there will be a call-back option when the hold times are longer than usual. We’d recommend exercising that option. Moving forward that line mentioned above, would be able to assist you with your request as they’d have the correct tools at their disposal to assess your order and chat about what’s possible with you.

Called the number you provided for the 10th time and tools they have is to advieb you to drive to the store 20 miles and discuss your options. Can it get worst than this? When I asked to speak with a manager, the agent rudely stransfered me to outlet to a number that doesn't work and finally automated line discoinnected me. You want me to waste my time and drive to store with no gurantee and probably no resolutrion. I can imagine my luck with such a shameful service of getting a resolution at the store. I will make sure that bring shame to you guys for the service you provided and time I have wasted and it's not done yet. I still have a washer/dryer with missing parts and missaligned frame. You will have to compensate me for the time I have wasted with you guys and the shameful service period.

We appreciate the update on this. We do know that multiple phone calls and trips can be less than ideal. That said our Appliance Resolution team are experts on all things appliances and if they have recommended you speak with a store manager, that likely is the best choice.
