I have a delivery and assembly of an exercise bicycle scheduled soon.  My building requires a specialized certificate of insurance that adds the builidng and a number of other entities as additional insured.

I tried calling the Geek Squad number several times today and got busy signals and cut off whenever the sytems attempted to transfer me to a representative.

Please help!
