Need Corporate contact information

Hello,

Over the last week, we made the mistake of purchasing  a washer and dryer from Best Buy. The service we received was absolutely awefull and I would like to speak to someone on the Corporate level, as we have tried customer service and then the local store management.  Each worse than the other. To put it in a nutshell, we purchased the set and were given a delivery date.  My husband took off from work at the cost of $400 for the day and the washer and dryer were never delivered.  We called the customer service line, put on hold, transferred and ultimately it took 2.5 hours before we reached a live person.  We were then transferred again and spoke to the dispatcher Alex in Florida.  He stated he spoke to the driver and our delivery would be next.  It never showed.  No phonecall.  Nothing from Best Buy.  I called the store and spoke to the manager on duty.  He said he would do everything he could to help us.  The next day we were adivised that he was working on it.  After not receiving a call back the entire day, we called him back.  The delivery was rescheduled for 5 days away.  This was unacceptable to us as we already took a day off from work, and why would we take another.  The next day was Sat.  Considering Best Buy had screwed up, we felt they had a responsibility to correct their error.  I asked to speak to the overall store manager. He explained that Best Buy is having problems with this delivery service. I asked to have our order expedited, he said he could see what he could do, it was now Fri evening.  Of course he could do nothing.  He said he would cancel the order for us.  Of course he never did. Over the course of 24 hours, and 8 different people including two store managers, we received no help. We never received our product or an explanation other then we know we have a bad delivery service.  Your lack of service ultimately cost us $400 for the day off and a ruined weekend as we cancelled travel plans to stay home and go to the laundramat. My husband and I trusted Best Buy and received nothing but aggravation and absolutely crappy service back.  I want to speak to someone in Corporate as the first 8 people did nothing.  Thank You, Jacqueline {removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  I’m sorry for the delay in our reply to your post, as our Support Forums have become a bit backlogged at the moment.  Your patience is greatly appreciated, and I’ll be happy to address your concerns going forward.

 

While our Support Forum moderators work out of our Corporate Headquarters here in Richfield, MN, please know that regardless of where we’re located, the experience you’ve described is the last thing any of our associates wish our customers to go through.  Having to wait for a delivery, only to not receive the product you’ve been waiting for is especially troubling, and I apologize for the disappointment this experience has undoubtedly caused.

 

You’ve mentioned requesting to cancel the order, but it sounds like the store manager was unable to do so.  To clarify, are you still requesting this order be canceled?  I’ve been unable to locate your order using the information you’ve provided upon joining our forums, so for me to locate your order, I’ll ask you send me a private message with the following information:
