Our restocking fees are calculated two different ways. If you're returning a cell phone or a device that can be activated there is a $35 flat fee for returning or exchanging this. 

 

If you're returning or exchanging a "Built-In Cooktops, Built-In Refrigerators, Built-In Wall Ovens, Drones, DSLR Cameras and Lenses, Mirrorless Cameras and Lenses, Projectors, Rideables and Special Order Products" then there is a 15% fee based on the cost of the item.

Thanks for the quick reply, how do i know if my fridge is a build in fridge? my fridge was not properly installed since it doesn’t fit. can you tell me if my fridge is build in? if it is, i was not properly installed since it doesn’t fit. will that be any charges for exchange it? Thanks!

Hello Wvivianyao-

 

On our product pages for refrigerators you can take a look at the "configuration" under the specifications. As I previously mentioned this model is not a built-in refrigerator and you shouldn't encounter any new fees for exchanging this.

I just called Best Buy today, and the delivery date is next monday 3/12/2018. Can you also send me the certificate of insurance. the same one as before with a new date on it.

Hi Andrew,

 

I received a certificate of insurance yesterday, but the date was yesterday date. I replied back to the email said, I need the certificate to be dated on the delivery date 3/12/2018. Please help!  I still havent receive anything back yet.

I'm sorry to hear the certificate of insurance you received didn't have the correct date of installation on it. I'll submit a request for another one to be generated as quickly as possible so we can try and get you this before your delivery tomorrow.

Today is the delivery date. Still waiting for the Certificate of Insurance. The delivery is from 8am to 12pm today. Please help me with the Certificate asap.

I contact the Esteban (removed per forum guidelines), Certificate Specialist, since the certificate of insurance he issued was incorrect date on last friday. He refuse to reissue the certifiate of insurance and said its only possible to be requested by the insured. I'm the insured person for the delivery. Please get the certificate to me asap.

Delivery no show

the delivery for my replacement of fridge is today from 8am to 12pm. There's no show for the delivery so far, its almost 12pm. My order number is (removed per forum guidelines). Please help!
