I have a Geek Squad appointment in the coming days and need a custom COI ASAP for my building management.
I have reached out to the 1-800 customer service numbers multiple times, been transferred to Appliances and further through the phone tree and NO ONE has been able to get me the custom COI. Most of the customer service reps that I've spoken with over the past few days do not even know what certificate of insurance is.
I need this handled ASAP please!! Can someone please message me so I can start this process? I have the requirements on my end for the custom COI, just need someone to complete it.
