NO SHOW DELIVERY TEAM, No courtesy call that resulted in food spoilage and time wasted

Hi best buy,

I have a scheduled delivery today between 2pm-6pm. I have made arrangement between me and partner to have somebody be at the house during the delivery, and sacrificed earning a day worth of business. At 3:51PM i got a single ring from a unknown number. Thinking it might be the delivery guys, i gave them a call back in less than 5 secs 3 times with 1 going to an unsetup voicemail and 2 calls cancelled ( SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR PROOF OF CALLS) . At 6:48 PM i called customer service, and they verified that the number that called me is infact the driver. When the rep tried to call the driver again, he said they were not picking up. EVEN AT THIS TIME AT 8:11PM your website still says that my delivery is on its way. All it will take is a courtesy email or call if they will be late or not arrive, but not even one. Again, i have sacrificed a day worth of income and not to mention melting frozen food in the cooler for the night for this. And not a courtesy call. I demand an explanation best buy.
