NO HELP for Damaged Brand New Car

Just bought a 2018 Mustang Shelby GT350, a very special car.  Decided to have new speakers installed (nearly $1,000 worth).  Picked up car yesterday at a little after Noon.  Got home and got to looking at the pasenger side of the interior and found there are numerous scratches in the dash of my brand new car (had less than 500 miles when I took in).  Immediately called best buy after finding.  After a good while, I was told the store manager (I think his name was Mike), was with a customer and would call as soon as he was done.  Several hours passed and no call.  Went online with a chat representitive, they would "make sure that you will receive the call from the store at the earliest".  No call

 

I have been a best buy customer since the 90s, and cannot believe I cannot get help on this matter.  I really like the folks at best buy, and hate drama; the fact is they damaged my brand new car, and need to take responsibility for the necassary repairs to return it to the same condition as when I dropped at your shop on Saturday morning.

Deysha, I have the receipt, it's printed over 8.5X14 sheet of paper that says Mobile Electronics Installation. I cannot find any PIN. After I posted this someone from the store reached out and asked I provide a quote. I sent and never heard back, I have tried several times to reach someone, and they are always "not available". Amazing you know about the R by the way! I am running our of patience, I need help
