Hi! I ordered a camera one month ago and it still says Ready to be shipped. I paid over 1700 for the item and expected it to arrive by 02/07/2022 but until now my item has not shipped. I checked the item online and now it`s sold out. I really don`t know what is going on with my order. I reached out to customer care and also the chat support in the website but they told me to wait. Could someone please help me.
