My order can not be scheduled for delivery

Hello,

I ordered a refrigerator in April and got a message saying that it will be delivered yesterday. I didn't get it yesterday and was told that it can not be scheduled for delivery. Can some one help look into it?
I have been waiting for it for too long.

I called couple of times but each time I was put on hold for long time. Only one agent tried to explain which I appreciate it. All others just dissapeared

Thank you for reaching out to us. A fridge can be an essential part of any kitchen, and I can understand your concern if there has been an unexpected delay. My family relies on our fridge's to store all of our summer baking, I can only imagine having to go without it for any length of time. Hello, thank you for helping the scheduling. There is an attempted delivery this morning. But when the delivery guy gets here, I was told two things: 1, i didn't buy the installation which i believe I bought online; 2, they can't send the refrigerator through my 36" door while the refrigerator specs says 34" . And they can only wait 5 mins, after that, either drop it to my garage or take it with them. I don't want them to put it in my garage and let them take it with them. I did call bestbuy one, but it's not normal operation hours and no body answers.
I am willing to pay for the additional installation fees. Would you please let me know how can I get my refrigerator installed asap?

Thank you for the additional information. I’m sad to hear that the delivery team may not have been able to complete the delivery as expected. Looking at the order, it appears that it out for today’s delivery attempt, and is in an “in transit” status. In order to assist, we would need the delivery team to complete their route and update the order.
