My Fridge that was supposed to be delivered today is MISSING and no one at Best Buy seems to care.

I ordered a new fridge and a hose to hook up to my water supply. I got the email that said it would be delivered today between 7 and 1. I got a message last night it would be delivered between 7 and 10 AM today. A couple guys show up to install a water line in my home?!?!?! They have no fridge, no hose to connect to the exisitng water line and no answers. I call Best Buy cutomer support and the guy can't figure it out. Instead of leaving me on hold he tells me he will call me back in an hour. 3 hours go by and I here nothing. I call customer service again and they say it should be delivered, but since it is after the time frame it won't be. He can't give me any answers to where my fridge is, when it will be delivered or anything. I ask to talk with a manager who might actually be able to answer my questions. He then starts arguing with me, telling me a manager will make no difference. I ask for a manager again and he starts talking over me and interupting me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! 

 

I sit here having no idea where my fridge is and no one to help me. At this point I am ready to cancel the whole order and buy a fridge from anyone besides Best Buy. I am completely shocked at what I had to put up with today. This is your last chance to make this right and it needs to be ASAP or I am done as a customer and will be returning everything I have bought in the last week.
