I had an car audio installation scheduled for Friday (7/2) at 2:30 PM for my order. However, this morning I got an email that my items are ready and that I need to schedule an appointment. It looks like Best Buy cancelled my appointment. I reached the call center and was told that I hadn't scheduled an installation appointment; however, I have a screenshot saying I was scheduled. I even tried to just pick-up my item, but the website won't even let me do that.
I need the installation done no later than Friday since I am leaving the area. Can you help?

Thank you for taking the time to post with us. Getting a new system installed in your car should be an exciting time, but I can understand finding that the appointment may be cancelled is not ideal.
