I am unsure who Best Buy contracts with, when I bought my TV for delivery and installallation, I scheduled delivery online for 8/27 as noted available. My wife took the day off to wait, Best Buy cancels delivery date then states need to reschedule, scheduled for 8/29 12-8p, got a call stating they will be arriving beyond delivery time, as we both had to work, had to reschedule to today, confirmed 8-12pm delivery window. Got a call for delay, to 130p, ok I will take it as that. Got a call at 135p saying it will be 230p, I mentioned my appt time was already pushed to 130p, lady then said my window was 12-430p, and I said it was supposed to be 8-12p. Basically she said, in essence, if I was ok still in 230p, like I have a choice. Rude customer response by agent. Multiple delays and inconsistent times and poor communication. Lack of accountability and empathy to an already wronged customer with multiple delays.

Getting a new TV is exciting for everyone, and the first time I watched my first 4K TV I was in awe. I remember looking up close at the screen trying to see pixels. I am sorry for the delay in getting this TV delivered to you. I can say that with any of our delivery service, unforeseen circumstances can cause us to complete the delivery prior to the timeframe given, or after the timeframe has passed.
