Multiple damaged appliances delivered!

I recently purchased a samsung refrigerator, dish washer, microwave and stove from bestbuy.  My kitchen was under a remodel at the time so we had them delivered but not installed.  The appliances were dropped off in my garage but not unboxed by the delivery team or inspected by them for damage. 

 

Now that my kitchen is done my installer and plumber showed up to install all of my appliances.  I unpacked them but was damage to both the refrigerator (ding in the door) and the dish washer (hinge was disconnected which caused damage and denting on the inner panel of the dish washer door).  The plumber was able to get the hinge back together and got the appliances hooked up and installed for now as we needed our kitchen to be functional.

 

I reached out to BB support chat and they are not willing to give me a partial refund because the items were delivered and not installed by them so they can't be sure that the damage is their fault...but the infuriating thing is these items were damaged when unpacked and since the delivery team did not unpack them for inspection on the date of the drop off I had no way of knowing!  The chat agent even suggested that the delivery team "is not allowed" to unpack the appliances as they are not installers and they do not inspect appliances when dropped off even though I see a sticky here on this forum suggesting that they indeed should do that and the customer would have the right to reject the appliance at that time. Pretty frustrated that out of everything in my kitchen my (expensive) appliances are the one thing that aren't perfect.

Purchasing new appliances is a big deal, and while I'm thrilled you trusted Best Buy with your order, I hate to hear you had this kind of experience.
