When I order my treadmill weeks before X-mas, I was provided a date of
January 8, 2022.
Delivery guy calls me @0600 on 05 January 2022, asking me if it was okay to bring product after 13:00, I said yes, I had to make arranges to leave work early.
Recieved an email saying they would be at my house between 1300-2000. No follow up no response. I reached out to the delivery driver to ask for an ETA. He says we are not coming its windy, however he promises he will bring my treadmill on the 08 Jan 2022, as promised. I get a notification saying my delivery has been changed to 31 Jan 2022
I called GeekSquad on 06 Jan 2022 discussing the issues. He proceeds to tell my my treadmil was not at the warehouse, he calls the warehouse they said it will be in by Friday. He says call back tomorrow morning, if the treadmill is in the warehouse, they will delivery on 08 Jan 2022.
I call Geeksuqad back on the 07 Jan 2022, he calls warehouse, my treadmill is in the warehouse but unforntunately they can on get it to me on Monday 10 Jan 2022 between 0700-1300. I question are you sure? As I have to take off work? Yes.
We are at 10 Jan 2022, my treadmill is now scheduled to be delivered again on the 31 Jan 2022. I called CS, they stated they had no notes about my treadmill being delivered on the 10 Jan 2022, request supervisor, waited 20 minutes she hung up.
Called back spoke with someone else, all of a sudden, he said there was no one to install the treadmill, so it was changed? I asked why wasn't I notified? He said he did not know? I said well how can I be assured this will not occur on the 31 Jan 2022? He said oh, becuase they will be avaialble? I said when I was scheduled for the 10th they were available?
I just need to cancel the order, I get my product elsewhere.
I am thinking you all don't have the product, therefore there was a ploy to schedule a fake delivery, so that you could push back the intial installation date.

After reviewing your account I found that an email was sent to you regarding the cancellation of the order, which was cancelled due to product availability. Regarding a Best Buy Gift Card, do you know who offered that to you so I can follow up with them.
