Multiple Delivery Cancellations and Rescheduling

I recently got a freezer that was expected to deliver last week but never got an update. It was then reschedule to yesterday (9/22) but never received a call about anyone coming in after taking another day off work. I contacted best buy support chat who called the delivery team to deliver my freezer and set the delivery as high priority but they never showed up. This is the interaction id: {removed per forum guidelines}. Now it has been rescheduled to Friday and I really can't keep taking another day off for a no show. I was hoping for best buy to somehow help resolve this issue and if possible have it arrive earlier as I am able to have someone be at home today.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again and letting us know about your delivery appointment. I know it's not easy to set time aside for an appointment so I can imagine your frustration that this delivery could not be expected. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would be glad to see how I may be able to best assist you.

 

Generally, our agents will find the earliest available appointment in the event a delivery needs to be rescheduled. I'd still like to take a look and make sure there are no earlier appointments.
