Missing Washer, never notified

I am extremely dissatisfied that, after rescheduling delivery twice for personal schedule issues, we finally had the Washer scheduled to be delivered today and yet it never showed up. We received an email that they were going to be arriving at 8am, but they never did. Figured maybe something happened and it got pushed back, they had until 11am to deliver, so waited. At 12, they still hadn't arrived, so we called them and was told that it COULDN'T FIT ON THE TRUCK?!?! And not a single person called or otherwise contacted us to inform us of an issue. We had to call and find out where our washer is and told it now had to be rescheduled for Wed. You've known about this delivery for over a week and we rescheduled for today at least three days ago. There is no excuse for not having the correct size truck available and, even worse, not contacting us as soon as the error was discovered. We've been without a working Washer for over two weeks now and young kids at home. We need this ASAP and would like our complaint logged. Thanks.
