I ordered a new Samsung Washer and Dryer which got delivered back in July and was just noticing that the guys that delivered the washer and dryer were kind enough to remove the shipping bolts but did not give the shipping bolts to us for the washer. i have the wrench still in the packaging but no shipping bolts. We are unforutanly only in our current house for a few years for a work relocation and will be moving and need the shipping bolts. Anyone know how about getting new shipping bolts from Best Buy?

It makes sense that you would want to take your new appliances with you when you move. I'm not sure that the shipping bolts would be something that would be available directly through Best Buy, as these may be proprietary to different manufacturers and models, particularly since many Samsung models have additional plastic casings. Connecting directly with Samsung might be a good place to start. Samsung Support can be contacted at (800) 726-7864, or through their website.
Please keep us updated, particularly if the parts are not available through Samsung!
