We ordered a $1k dishwasher and scheduled delivery for the first spot in the morning. Took a day off work to wait for the delivery, which never showed up!! Spent all afternoon on hold, and finally reached someone at 9pm who didn't know what happened. She said she would escalate to a case manager to call us and follow-up the next day, but we never heard anything. Frustrating b/c we bought from Best Buy because of the delivery and it was an ordeal to get any help while spending all day waiting.
How can we confirm our next delivery, and can we connect with a human??

We had a delivery rescheduled for December 8. No show again and we could not get in touch with anyone afterwards.
We have been trying to get in contact to resolve our issue and reschedule ASAP since then, and have not been successful. They auto scheduled us for December 31, which is over a month past our original order and delivery date. Ridiculous.
We also cannot cancel the item. We have tried online, and just spoke to someone on the Geek Squad, and he could not cancel it on his end. This is the worst experience we have ever had. We will never buy from Best Buy again.
Please contact us ASAP. We need to cancel our order.
