Hello, We ordered a new TV to be delivered, but forgot to put the apartment number into the delivery information (our bad)! We called Best Buy to let them know about the ommission and they said that they'd let the delivery driver know what happened. Unfortunately, when he got here, he still didnt have the apartment number and left us a message saying, he "had to move on". I have been on the phone with Best Buy for an hour trying to find out where our TV is and when we can reschedule (hopefully today?) But, the agent isn't able to tell me anything except that our order is in transit and is supposed to be delivered between 7am and 1 (its now 4:20pm.
Please get back to me so that we can get the TV delivered ASAP.

Your customer service agent (Ellie--- though she was the second "Ellie" I spoke to today) just hung up on me when I asked her what the process was for finding out where my delivery was and rescheduling. This is just rude and unprofessional. I am now going to go down to the Best Buy store in person. I'd apprecaite a reply from you on this forum as well.
