Missed apt/ worst customer service

From start to finish this has been one of the worse experiences I have ever had. I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer. I waited 30 minutes on hold while in the store so they can link my credit card to my account. On delivery day they failed To put in the correct ZIP Code and never made it to the appointment. I had to wait five days for my stuff in my new home. I threw out all the food from my apartment because I can no longer use the fridge. The last straw was they promise to issue credit back on my card and now I’m fighting to get that. This has been an awful experience

No solution has yet to be found. This has truly been the worst experience at every level. I have reached out to corporate to make a full complaint.

I am taking this issue to the corporate team. No one knows what they are doing. This has been the worse customer experience I have ever had.

We are way passed a $100GC at this point. I have written a letter to the CEO. I am now dealing with the customer care team on a $500 credit. The fact the you keep asking if I want a $100 GC is unacceptable at this point I’ve been dealing with this for a month! You and your team have done a poor job in finding as solution. As I told 9 of the agents before. I was offered a credit on my card for $425 on oct 4 by a woman agent on the day of delivery. 3 days ago a agent told me all he can do is a $99 GC. I have also reached out to Allison Peterson regarding this matter. I think a full overhaul of your team’s training is in need.
