Miserable Delivery Experience - DO NOT USE

terrible delivery experience with CTSI whichis very coomon. Scheduled delivery today. The tech was unaware he was installing the washer, hauling the existing unit away, or that it needs to be attached to the pedestal which is super easy.  I advised him that it has to be on the pedestal, like the dryer and the existing unit, and that I ordered the same dimensions for that very purpose and already discussed with BestBuy.  He said he could not do it I replied Best Buy sells washers with pedestals all the time including for this model and that Best Buy contractor previously installed.  He left in a hurry after less than 5 minutes at the house and never put the washer back leaving it in the middle of the floor blocking the dog door. Installer fused to provide his name or name of the delivery company which I later learned was CTSI. Ken{removed per forum guidelines} CEO {removed per forum guidelines}
 
The gentleman was incredibly unprofessional.  Terrible expereince better to buy from Hoime Depot or Lowes.  Best Buy is not the same compnay it once was.  Email to CEO and customer expereince VP was never replied to other than a low level response. Very pathetic.
