Hello. I ordered a mini-fridge for my daughter who's off at school. The product was delivered on time as promised. Good so far! But when she opened the packaging, the fridge was dented and scratched in a few places. The fridge works, but it's not in new condition. Unfortunately, she lives on the fourth floor of her dorm (no elevator) and the campus mail room is a ways away. It's very inconvenient for her to pack this up for a return.
Could we settle on an alternative form of compensation that saves both Best Buy and my daughter, time and money?
