Microwave purchase

I ordered a new microwave on December 31. It was scheduled to be delivered and installed on January 10. When they brought the new microwave to install it, they discovered it was totally damaged. I re-ordered a new microwave and scheduled for them to deliver that for February 7 at which time they were to pick up the damaged microwave. On February 7 at 2 o’clock, I received a call saying that there was an error and they would not be delivering my microwave. They rescheduled it for February 10. No one showed up on February 10 so I called and it was rescheduled to be delivered on February 11 and installed on February 13. No one showed up on February 11 when I called they said there was an error and they did not know what happened but they could now not bring it until February 27, and then it would have to be installed on February 28. This looks like total incompetence to me. No one calls me to tell me that they’re not coming. I keep arranging my schedule and no one shows up. This just makes no sense to me I will never buy another thing from Best Buy in my life.
