Microwave not delivered after over 8 months

I purchased a microwave online in August 2018. It still has not been delivered. Instead of a delivery, I get text messages that the delivery has been rescheduled. I'm extremely frustrated and want some sort of assurance that the appliance will actually be delivered on the new scheduled delivery date of June 3 (over 9 months from purchase date). I find this situation completely unacceptable and will never purchase online from Best Buy again. Can someone please help me get this resolved? I have called customer service before, but that obviously has not helped, so I am trying the online forum now. I look forward to a response.

This is definitely not the experience that we hope for our customers. I'd like to take a look and see why the delivery has been pushed out so far and see what options we might have available to you.
