Last December 17, I had a delivery for new fridge and the delivery/installer damage my 2 newly installed doors! The two guys were rough and moving things fast without any care for my property. Not only that, the fridge that they delivered was defective out of the box - but best buy geek squad has taken care of it - they saw the damage and took pictures.
I have reported this issue to best buy and they passed my claim to Sedgwick which one rep emailed me saying that they have notified the 3rd party and that I should get a reply by Dec. 28 and if I don't, I should let him know so he can step for escalation but he never answers my calls nor reply to my emails! Its almost a month now and I want an update! Those were new doors I have and they just took it off without even asking for my permission and worse - cracked the frame, punched a hole and scratched my storm door! You can tell I am a very upset customer. Please help escalate.

Good afternoon, sakulati,
Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums! Whenever I have something installed or delivered in my home, I trust that the teams who perform any work will treat my property with care and be sure to not cause any damages. I was unhappy to hear that not only was your product damaged, but that you’ve had such troubles reaching Sedgwick to discuss the damage to your home. I regret the obvious inconvenience created by this situation.
In order for me to look into this further for you, I’ll need some additional information. When you can, please send me a private message that includes the following:

Thank you for your message. I see you've been working with my colleague, Andrew, via private message and he has passed along your information to our partners at Sedgwick for additional review. My understanding is that their teams may not all work over the weekend, so today may be their first chance to look over what we've sent their way.
As Andrew advised in his last message to you, please feel free to reach back out to him if you have not been contacted by this Wednesday, January 23. I'll also let Andrew know you're looking for an update so he's can be kept in the loop as well.
I hope you have a great day!
