I have been waiting on my refrigerator since 3/24/2021. When I purchased it, it said the item was in stock and that it would be delivered on that date. When the day came, I waited until 7 pm but no one came. I called best buy and they said the truck broke down and the refrigerator would be delivered on Thursday 3/25/2021. When Thursday came it never came again but online said it was delivered so where did they deliver to? I called again and they said because the vendor they used marked it as delivered by accident and will make sure I get the item Saturday 3/27/2021. Now it's today and I got a call from dispatch and he notified me that there was nothing on the truck for him to deliver to me and he called dispatch to see what was going on. He explained the situation to them and they were supposed to call me but no one called. Also, I requested my money back and was told no because the items show it was delivered and they have to get the status changed first. So I feel like I am just being jerked around and no one is helping me. It's real simple locate the fridge I paid for and deliver it or give my money back. My fridge went out Monday and it's been a week now. What is going on!!!!!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble sending a Private Message. You should be able to use the blue icon, which is located across from my signature. I’d also recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Once you log back into your Best Buy Forums profile, you should be able to get the Private Message sent. In the unlikely event these steps do not resolve the concern, please let me know.
