Best buy geek squad installed a tv mount and the screw they drilled hit electrical wiring (missed the stud). The wires arced and almost burned down my house. I called immediately and someone from the store and/or geek squad was supposed to get back to me asap (that was 2 days ago), in additiion they offered a re-do on Feb 12.....obviosuly that is unacceptable. I tried to call the tech from geek squad as soon as he left to let him know, but his voicemail was full and not accepting messages. I had to have an emergency electrician vist which cost $892. I called Sedgwick to start a claim and was less than impressed with the person taking the information.

I can't seem to get anyone from Sedgwick to contact me back. I filed a claim 1 week ago - have heard nothing. When I started the claim on 2/4/19 to lady who took the information was very rude.
I'm an elite customer at Best Buy - have spent a lot of money and feel like Best Buy is really letting me down.
Installers hit electrical line while installing TV mount and my house almost burned down. Need to get some attention to this ASAP. I'm out money I spent for emergency electrician - not mention the hole in my wall.
