Lost/stolen package

Good morning

I placed an above order on august 23, 2022 and never received the order they where birthday gifts for my grandchildren I am very frustrated I called customer service about 10 times they stated the package was delivered by the bestbuy store with no signature that said they would re ship the items I waited almost a month the reshipment never got shipped then they told me I can pick the items up at the store but I never got the email from the store saying the order was ready for pickup so I called back customer service and canceled the store pickup and said they would refund me and told me I can place another order it’s been 2 months and I still have not received a refund. And still to not have my items. Please help !!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY THEY RESPONDED TO ME AND SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY LOCAL POLICE. I FILED A POLICE REPORT OVER A MONTH AGO AND SENT THE THE REPORT NUMBER

THESE IPAD’s WHERE GIFTS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN THEY WHERE DELIVERED FROM SOMEONE AT THE STORE WITH NO SIGNATURE I AM VERY UPSET.. CAN ANYONE HELP I GUESS I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION
