As nckhammond stated, once FedEx has finished with their claim you can be refunded, but if I would still file a report with your local Law Enforcement. Per our Shipping times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to address the loss with UPS. I am more than happy to look into this further for you.
