Long time dispute

Since Best Buy doesn't have an email address I am posting this here now also

 

To all,

 
I received a communication from Citi Bank, Office of the the President.  This communication presents an email which was not the final communication between all parties.  At that point in time Best Buy had not realized that they had the returned product for over two months in their own warehouse and therefor did not refund the installation thinking we still had the TV.  It was not until over a month later in conversations with Best Buy and Citi again that they realized that they had the TV.  At that point the TV and the installation services were to be credited.  When only the TV was credited, we disputed again.  I don't care that this is now with Resurgent as it should have never gone in the first place.  I am done with trying to continue to bounce back and forth between Best Buy stores, Best Buy Online, Citi Bank and now Resurgent.  If you all wish to talk to me I am available but if you all can't figure out how to get this resolved I am going to report and possibly take legal action under the False Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

I am writing this again after 18 months of dealing with Best Buy (online and stores), Citibank (Best Buy Credit Card) and now the collection group for the remaining charges.  This has been the most frustrating customer service experience in my life.  I have spent countless hours working on getting this resolved.  I have over 40 pages of communications along with discussion over how the parties screwed this up.  I have attached a brief summary again of the time line of events and can spend more time again going into the details of each event as I have them.  I will take this to court if necessary.  I am writing to all three sources to coordinate again how this gets resolved.  I have been a long time heavy user of Best Buy Products and do not intend to purchase there again until this is resolved.
