About a month ago, I received an AirDresser. The first delivery date was set and I took a day off work in order to receive it. I wake up and get a notification the day of telling me that they're not able to deliver. I'm furious as I live nearly paycheck to paycheck and taking a day off could mean I can't pay a bill. I talk to the chat service and it ends with them telling me that they rescheduled my delivery and compensated me for the day off in the amount of $200. They tell me they'll send a giftcard. (Service agent was named Anton by the way) Nice right? I wait.
I also ordered a Samsung fridge. It comes on the correct delivery date. They loaders unwrap it and they realize the product is heavily dented. They take their own pictures and tell me that I should contact BestBuy saying 'They'll give you 10% don't worry' and leave. I contact the chat agents and tell them what happened. At first they offered a very low amount. I say no, I'm looking for at least 10%. They offer $250 and I'm extremely glad. I reconfirm that they're sending the $200 and they do. So now I'm looking at a total of $450 in gift cards.
Couple days go by and nothing. I chat with another agent(Knox B.) and he initially tells me that they can't do that. Lowballs and offers $125 at first but raises it to $250. So my compensations turns from $450 to $250. The amount is fine but what irks me is that they don't acknowledge the first amount of $450. I confirmed it with two different agents. They both agreed the amounts.

Also, chat logs aren't being sent to me. I've requested because I know to keep a paper trail and nothing. Can someone help with that

Our team does not have access to chat logs that may have been generated by these agents. Were you provided a case number when chatting with these agents? Generally, that would be the best way to review any information that may have been provided during these chat sessions.
How much time has passed since you chatted with these agents? A gift card often arrives seven to fifteen business days after it has been requested.
