Ordered a big screen TV last week
Scheduled delivery was suppose to be yesterday.
Took a day off for it and guess what?! You are not alone.
No show.
I thought paying the extra $50 delivery fee over the compeititor's free delivery will yield better on time performance.
I guess I was wrong. So wrong.
Someone did call back a day later to reschedule a delivery with no garantee.
I had enough, cancelling the order and black listing BB in the foreseeable future.
What customer service. Very frustrated.

As I know only too well from my own experience, it can be quite aggravating to have a delivery not occur as expected and then to not receive a solution acceptable to you. I regret that this has been your experience.
