I recently bought a new washer and gas dryer. Best Buy installed both. The dryer gas connection leaked because the guy who installed it didn't correctly put seam dope on the right side of the fittings and an adapter leaked. He never did a leak test after the connections. My house could have blown up!! I talked to a customer service rep after an hour on hold. He said he put in a ticket and expect an email and phone call. That was a week ago. So I had to pay a competent service man another $140 to replace what Best Buy did and make sure the gas connections were not leaking. You are better off arranging for compendent installation than Best Buy's guys who can deliver but not install.
