I had a dishwasher delivered and installed on Saturday, 9/07/2019. The dishwasher is now leaking. Please contact me ASAP to repair and discuss damages.
I called the toll free number and the wait time is 40 minutes, so in the event I need to disconnect here is my message.

Thank you for taking the time to our community forums. I know if I had any leaks in my home I would want it repaired as quickly as possible. Have you been able to get this resolved since posting this message? Please let us know, we're happy to help you look in to what options we have to best assist you!

Not entirely. Installers arrived Wednesday and determined the issue a product defect. An exchange has been put in but now I have 2 wait 2 weeks for installation. I called the customer service line and chose the option to have the agent call back, a 3 minute wait I was told, as I was hand washing dishes and ot made sense to choose that then hold a phone to my ear while soapy. After 40 minutes they didnt call back so I went back to work. After reviewing my call log I found out they never called at all. This is such a disappointment.
