I purchased 6 new appliances for my "new home". The dishwasher leaked and caused damage. I have a claim number from Sedgwick, but the agent has stopped taking my calls or responding to emails. I have not heard from her since Dec. 14th. I have warped floors, holes in the downstairs ceiling and I can't close the door properly. I even sent an email to the CEO of Best Buy...no repsonse. More than 2 months and nobody cares that I purchased appliances, paid to have them installed and now I have damage to my home. I need help!
