Late delivery and no response

On September 9 I made a purchase of a notebook and a few days ago the order says "This item has been delayed. We're working to get it to you within the next few days.", and the status does not change.
I'm going to be on a trip to Miami next week but after that date I won't be able to pick up the order. I need my purchase to be as soon as possible to pick it, otherwise cancel it and buy another one urgently
