Severly frustrated and disappointed! Got a call on the delivery date (July 26th) that they could not deliver until Monday or Tuesday (7/29,7/30). I had to call Thursday (8/1) to find out what is going on. Got transferred to several different managers who all said they would call with an update and never did, even if it was to say they haven't heard anything from the delivery department. I had to call back several times. We paid for the appliances June 14th! We are without appliances in our newly renovated kitchen. (Tom, the salesman who sold us the appliances, is great though)
