LOST HIGH VALUE PACKAGE

I purchased a MacBook and Air Max pro from Best Buy and they stated a signature was required. During checkout it suggested an address that was not mines so I manually entered my address and unit number. Tracking shows it was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone else whom I don't even know. I was home all day and no one came to deliver anything or even ask for my signature for a package. My building security and concierge confirmed this. I reached out to Best Buy and informed them the address didn't show my unit number which It had to be a glitch in the system because I entered my unit number for delivery and billing. Best Buy informed me to contact the police after the back and forth. I spoke with Best Buy and shipt. Shipt confirmed they didn't have a unit number so driver delivered the laptop to someone else by mistake. We did an audit to the building lockers next door and found the headphones. After filling police report and the back and forth with Best Buy and talking to shipt. Best Buy still denied my refund and replacement. I ended up speaking with another manager at Best Buy whom told me to call my credit card company on the 3 way so they can tell them to dispute the charge. (All of this is recorded so you can go listen) All of y'all calls are recorded. Your manager spoke with my credit card company about filing a dispute because they denied the refund. My credit card company said best buy needs to cancel the laptop before providing a refund since they have fully paid best buy for the laptop. Best Buy still denied the refund after I did everything they told me to do. This is going on 3 months, and all im getting from Best Buy is lies after the agent said send police report for refund. I need my money back now. This is fraud. Why would you let anyone sign for a laptop whom didn't pay for it. I need to speak with someone now about this issue.
