I ordered the above TV and it arrived damaged. I was finally able to get an exchange on this last Saturday. However, this TV is also damaged. I have tried for 2 days now to get customer service on the line to arrange for a return however the only time ive been able to talk to anyone I was told they couldn't do it. I have put my number on the callback queue 3 times and not received a call back. Im told when they transfer me that its a 13 min hold time only to be put on hold for over a half hour, then when i put my number in told that i should receive a call within an hour and a half.
