Kenwood from Best Buy not working

It doesn't work I have tried to contact best buy for free install but fant get thru. How do I make apt. I have less than 13 days to return.

Being a former Autotech, I know how busy their days are, but I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time reaching someone in the store.  Given the installation was performed at one of our installation bays, our lifetime warranty on our workmanship, should have you covered!  I’d be more than willing to see if I’m able to connect you with an Autotech to address the technical difficulties you’re experiencing, and I may also be able to shine some light on the situation too!

 

Our free installation comes standard with the purchase of select head units, and it’s awesome to hear you may qualify for the free installation!  If an installation was already attempted, I’d be unable to say what charges would need to implemented to get the radio working as it should.  Let’s work together to see what options may exist to help out!

{removed per forum guidelines}  is doc number I also noticed after seeing the receipt I am missing a remote control.

Mobile view can look a bit wonky and I apologize if you were unable to find how to send me a private message.  Since our forums are public we redacted your personal information so that it was not public facing.  I’d like to discuss your purchase and also see how I can better assist you today!  Thank you for stopping back to the Best Buy forums to ask!

 

That said, the Kenwood purchased was an Open Item which was discounted to take into consideration for the remote.  If you’re looking to purchase a new remote, currently right now our Part Store is not in stock for any remotes for your model specifically, but I’d welcome you to locate any website using your model number to obtain a replacement.  I’m crossing my fingers you’re able to locate a new one for you radio. 

 

Were you ever able to get this Kenwood installed?  If not, please write back to me so that I can get the ball rolling in the right direction!
